Dear Parishioners,
In accordance with the By-Laws of the Church, we call the Annual Assembly of the St.
Simeon Serbian Orthodox Parish membership to be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013
at 12:30pm at the church hall.
The Executive Board submits the following agenda:
1. Opening of Assembly with prayer.
2. Establishment of quorum - election of the Assembly President, Secretary and
two verifiers - confirmation of agenda.
3. Election of Nominating Board for 2014. (List of Candidates - click here)
4. Executive Board reports:
a) Parish Priest
b) Financial Secretary
c) Treasurer - Financial report
d) Parish President
5. Report of the Building Committee
6. Report of the Audit Board
7. Questions and proposals for the good of the parish.
8. Dismissal of the old and election of the new Board.
9. Closing of the Assembly with prayer.
Financial report will be distributed prior to the meeting. If there is no quorum for the meeting
there will be second meeting on December 15, 2013 at 1:00pm.
Active members are the one who paid membership dues prior to Dec. 14, 2013.
We ask all the members to attend Divine Liturgy, lunch and the meeting.
