·Mr. Dikanovic presented the proposal and technical specification for three domes
(cupolas) special thanks for the approach, the hands on demonstration and
personal dedication in order to save thousands of dollars in construction
cost.
·Conference call was placed and questions regarding wind certificate and assemble of the
dome clarified as well as sealing of the domes. Mr. Dobos, The Architect was
happy with the answers and domes are going to be included in the project.
·Mr Dobos was looking for two weeks to come with preliminary drawings
·Carlos Esteban,M2E representative estimated additional two weeks for
electrical, mechanical civil and structural design
·The preliminary planes will be in place within four weeks but no later than
February 20, 2012
·For the final set of prints our goal is eight weeks but again no later than March
27, 2012
·The Church representative will do everything possible to help Architect and Design
Team to have planes approved and to further bit deadlines, and to start
construction before Easter. People listed on this e-mail will be copied on all
correspondence.
·The position of the existing drainage pipes were discussed, soil testing and the
current survey. Group went to the site of proposed Church and further discussed
the various questions regarding green area number of parking spots that we are
going to lose and vegetations, new re-routed drainage pipes.
·We stressed out how important is to meet deadlines in order to organize the Fund
Raising Gala – target date will coincide with the pouring concrete for
foundations of the Church. Everybody on the team agreed that it is essential to
make a progress as scheduled in order to keep going and keep successfully raise
funds during the construction.
